***Equipment needed: airdyne bike (if no bike sub with burpees), kettlebells (or dumbells/barbell), yoga mat, pull up bar
7 rounds:
-Tabata (20 sec. on 10 sec. off for 4 min.)
-15 double KB deadlift (or barbell deadlift w/ 60% 1RM)
-15 strict push ups
-10 strict pull ups
-15 KB swings
-15 suit cases (legs raised, crunch forward, try to touch toes)
