50 box jumps 32 in
50 jumping pull ups
50 KB swings 45 lbs
50 walking lunges 
50 knees to elbows
50 push press 95 lbs
50 back extensions 
50 wall balls 20 lbs
50 burpees
50 double unders
Scaled options: shorter box, banded pull ups, lighter weight, etc.
Rxx options: taller box, weighted vest for things that call for body weight, toes to bar, etc.
Squat jumps vs box jumps
Push ups x2 vs pull ups
Dumbbell swing vs KB swings
Leg raises vs knees to elbows
Good mornings (or supermans) vs back extensions 
Thrusters or air squats vs wall balls
Singles x3 vs double unders
