Collection: Elevate’s Apple Pie Protein Oat

1 c oats of your choice
2 c almond milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp all natural maple syrup or raw honey
1 Apple, chopped
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
1 tsp organic ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Dash of salt
1) Chop apple and sauté with butter
or coconut oil, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2) In a pot, cook oats with almond milk,
vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey,
protein powder and a dash of salt.
3) Once oatmeal is cooked, add apples and enjoy!
