Collection: Elevate Pumpkin Spice Baked Protein Donuts

-1 c all purpose flour (or flour of your choice)
-1 scoop Elevate Vanilla protein powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/3 c pumpkin purée
-1/3 c palm sugar
-1/4 c almond milk
-1 egg
-2 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil (melted and slightly cooled)
-1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) Whisk together the flour,
pumpkin spice, baking powder,
nutmeg, salt and protein powder.
3) In separate bowl, mix pumpkin purée,
palm sugar,milk, egg, butter, and
vanilla extract until well combined.
4) Mix wet and dry ingredients together
and pipe into a non-stick donut pan.
5) Bake 10-12 minutes.
6) For topping, melt Lily’s baking
chocolate and dip donuts.
