Collection: Elevate Maple Pecan Protein Bread

Dry ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup palm sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 scoop of Elevate vegan protein

 Wet ingredients:
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup all natural maple syrup
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Crushed pecans
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Sprinkle of palm sugar

 Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a greased bread loaf pan and add toppings. Bake at 400 for about an hour.
