Collection: DIY protein bars

Makes 8 bars/servings

1 cup quick oats (80g)

1 cup raw peanut stock spread (240g)

2/4 cup raw local honey (168g)

1/2 cup Lily's dark chocolate chips (76g)

1 scoop Elevate Vanilla protein (27g)


Heat peanut spread and honey for 30 seconds, stir and heat another 30 seconds. Add in oats, protein powder and stir until well combined. Add the chocolate chips or can use chocolate chips on top. Pour evenly into an 8X8 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Let chill uncovered in refrigerator for 1 hr. Cut into 8 bars.
